Krystal Marie Ball

Krystal Marie, born on November 24 1981 was an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential hopeful, as an American television host at MSNBC, a frequent contributor of The Huffington Post, former host and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball have decided to stop the show in the month of May 2021. This was in order for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is a co-host alongside Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on various networks, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News as well as programs like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is currently engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball attributes her passion for politics due to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to be able to watch the US presidential election results while living in Jordan. She witnessed the impact the election had on the citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1st Congressional District in the election of 2010. However, she was defeated by Rob Wittman. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 to July 2015. In May of 2017, she founded the People's House Project, a political action committee working on behalf of Democratic causes.
